Today in Rome Pope Francis will canonise two great popes: Blessed John XXIII and Blessed John Paul II. Both are inspiring and holy men, but for many of us Blessed John Paul II has become a much-loved friend, or had some sort of lasting impact on our lives.

Jason Evert is an International speaker whose personal love of Blessed John Paul II inspired him to write a whole book. We caught up with Jason earlier this year to talk about his work and hear a couple of stories about JPII you probably haven’t heard before.

Ok, so we cheated. This one is a whole SERIES of podcasts dedicated to unpacking the legacy of our much beloved Pope Saint! It is presented by Sister Bernadette Pike, a JPII Sister from Perth who was blessed to read at John Paul II’s beatification in Rome. A highly recommended series that will challenge you to follow in the footsteps of this great man.
