An Introduction to Catholic Social Teaching

0

Cradio is glad to introduce a brand new series being produced by the Justice and Peace Office in the Archdiocese of Sydney. Faith in Action, hosted by Qwayne Guevara, will provide an opportunity to learn about what the Church teaches on social justice, hear from great leaders in this area about their work, and find out about opportunities for you to put your faith in action.

In this introductory episode, Qwayne takes us through some of the basic principles of Catholic social teaching: human dignity, the common good, solidarity, subsidiarity and the option for the poor. She also reflects on the example of one of her heroes: Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati.
