“The hour is come for the Son of Man to be glorified. Truly, truly I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone. But if it dies, it bears much fruit.”
On this day, we remember Christ’s glorious resurrection from the dead and the hope His conquering of death brings to humanity. On this third day, Christ raises up the temple of His body that had been destroyed.
Fr. Anthony Bernard explores with us how Christ’s rising from the dead points us to the glorification of God over sin, the victory of life over death, and the triumph of the light over the darkness.
