“Being the image of God, the human individual possesses the dignity of a person who is not just something but someone.” (CCC 357)
Bishop Peter Comensoli from the Diocese of Broken Bay gives a talk about the human person as “being human” and not just a “human being”. He looks at this from a scientific and philosophical point of view, as well as how God sees us in His image and likeness, and how our lives have a purposeful meaning.
