On this special episode of The Vocations Show, we bring you a talk from the Women’s Retreat held in early September at Mt Schoenstatt, Mulgoa in Sydney. This talk is by Dr Robert Tilley entitled “Scripture and the Essence of the Feminine”.
In this talk, Dr Tilley discusses the role of women in the Scriptures, Church and contemporary Biblical criticism. He specifically looks at insights from the Scripture in answering questions about women and vocations – such as “Why can’t women be priests”, “what is the essence of being a woman”, and “what can women bring to the reading of Scripture”.
