Traction or Friction: The Church and the World

“The Church is hugely dynamic and by contrast, the world is actually very static… the Church is the moving force, moving across the surface of the world, and as moves it changes that surface and it actually improves it because it’s drawing it forward all the time. The trouble is that a lot of people out there have the opposite idea.”

In this presentation, Dr Philippa Martyr discusses how the Church is not a static monolith that needs to “get with the times” but engages with the world in order to save it.
