Learn to Love Like JPII

Living the Legacy

How well do you love each person the Lord puts in front of you? Think of the person at the train station asking for change, or the door knocker who turns up at the most inconvenient time… do you see a person or a problem?

In this second part of Sister Bernadette’s exploration of attention to the other we look at:

• How Blessed John Paul II challenges us to affirm each person as unique and unrepeatable;

• Our tendency to neglect the person by overemphasising the problem;

• How we can follow Blessed JPII’s example and make ourselves truly available to others,  and

• The importance of prayer in achieving this.
