Dr Christine Wood explores marriage as a covenant as it is understood in Jewish and Christian theology. Dr Wood elaborates by providing a foundation from the Old Testament, including Mosaic law during the time of the prophets. She also explores the marriage covenant in the New Testament, including the image of Christ as the Bridegroom and the Marriage of the Lamb in Revelation.
